I alos would like to provide an assortment of other desserts that can be ordered individualy or can be done in a dessert bar with an assortment of other things.

Chocolate mousse Cake
A chocolate cake with layers of Chocolate mousse and iced in the chocolate mousse as well with chocolate drizzled on top.

Almond Cake
An almond cake layered with an Almond White chocolate mousse, with toasted almonds around the sides and your choice of fruit on top.

Mocha Cake
Your choice of chocolate or vanilla caked soaked in your choice of either a coffee liqueur or a coffee syrup, then layered and iced in a mocha flavored chocolate mousse.

Opera cake
A Jaconde Sponge cake soaked in a coffee flavored syrup, then a layer of coffee flavored buttercream, ganache and topped with a dark glaze on top and bits of chocolate on the sides

Dobos Torte
A dobos sponge cake layered with a french style chocolate buttercream and caramel

Tiramisu
A french vanilla bean sponge cake soaked with an espresso syrup layered with a Mascarpone filling and topped with cocoa powder

Sachertorte
A rich Chocolate cake soaked in a  liqueur with your choice of  fruit filling or preserve to  then topped with  a layer of ganache, then a dark glaze.

An assortment of truffles can also be made flavors include:
Lavander , Chai Tigers, Lemon mint, Passion Vanilla, Spicy Habanero, Mango, Hazelnut latte,  Champagne, Vanilla Bean, Dulce de Leche, White Chocolate Rasberry, Pumpkin caramel, Orange, Coconut n Curry, Passion Fruit Honey, Strawberry Balsamic, Lemon logs, and Cherry Cordials!!!
